-Yes, rode downtown early Saturday to get bagels (5 miles round trip), then rode again yesterday afternoon (another ~5 miles).

-Um, well, no.

Buy mums, pumpkins and hay bales for outdoor fall decor.
-Maybe later this week. From what I've seen, the mums aren't looking too good. However, I did find the storage tote in the basement with the Halloween decorations (no small feat!) and decorated inside.
I also went through 3 boxes of personal files and threw out all the old stuff and filed things away in the new office. Next time I'll buy a surgical mask to keep the dust out of my nose.

I get allergy medicine at Big Lots ($1.49 and the same ingredients as Tylenol Sinus that sells for $6 anywhere else and actually works better) Anyway when I was in there the other day I saw they have some really cool Halloween "stuff" dirt cheap. I'm sure you have Big Lots there too? If so check out what they've got.

I think half of my Halloween decor is either from Big Lots or Joanne Fabrics (equally dirt cheap). I go for the really corny kid-stuff at this point. Lots of skeletons, spiders, jack-o-lanters, black cats, etc.

I think I like decorating for H'ween as much as for Christmas. Such cool stuff out there these days.

Did go to the Cubs game
Did hit Oktoberfest on Saturday
Did watch the Bears kick the Packers Butts!
Did a lot of other little things as well.

Pretty good weekend overall!
